Iontail International is the advisory practice of a senior operator, not a firm with a bench of consultants. Over 20+ years, that has meant leading teams and businesses through genuine change — from turning around a loss-making transport operation into sustained profitability, to running multi-site tourism operations, to leading national IT, CRM, and quality-system rollouts.
More recently, that experience has extended into practical AI adoption, analytics platforms, and performance reporting — implementing and optimising tools like CRM systems, Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, and Teams, and guiding frontline teams through AI adoption in the disability services sector.
